Registration/Admission
Admission are granted to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or social status.
Admission is possible if there is a vacancy in a particular class. Registration does not, in any way, guarantee admission.
Admission to secondary classes and senior classes will be permitted only after qualifying written test and an Interview, Written test will be taken in English, Hindi, Maths for secondary classes and in English, Hindi, Maths, Science for senior secondary classes.
Pre-Primary (Nursery, L.K.G. U.K.G.)
Admission of a child in pre-primary class is made according to the age and merit of the child. The age limit as on 1st April is : Nursery 3+, L.K.G. 4+ and U.K.G. -5+. Qualifying an oral test as well as an interview is a prerequisite for obtaining admission to Nursery & L.K.G. Written Test starts from class- U.K.G. and so students seeking admission in this class will have to appear for a written test and interview. In written test English, Hindi & Mathematics will be included.
Primary (I to Vth)
The minimum age limit for class-I (The first stage of primary) is 6+. It goes on in the same way for other classes. There will be admission test and interview for the students seeking admission in primary classes. The subjects of admission test will be English, Hindi and Mathematics.
A child who qualifies the written test and an interview but fails to fulfil the required age limit will not be given admission to the class which he/she desires.
Junior (VI-VIII)
Admission to Junior class will be permitted only after qualifying a written test and an interview. Written test will be taken in curriclum subjects like English, Mathematics Science and G.K.
- Candidates taking admission in pre-primary/primary shall be valid upto class-v. for promotion to class VI, either the students shall have to secure 60% marks in all subjects in class-v annual examination or have to sit in the entrance test meant for outside students for admission in class-VI.
- Students studying in class-VI or taken admission in class VI after qualifying in the entrance test shall be valid upto class-VIII.
- The list of the successful candidates shall be pasted on the school Notice Board on the date given.
- Date and time for the written test and interview will be assigned at the time of registration.
- The original Report Card (Mark Sheet) of the qualifying examination is required at the time of interview.
Parents of successful candidates in the Entrance Test shall report to office with the following documents and must meet the principal together with their wards at the time of admission (within the dates as notified for the purpose)
- Photo copy of the Birth certificate from a competent authority alongwith original copy.
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended and a copy of the report card alongwith the original.
- Two recent stamp size photographs of the students.
- Admission fee once paid is not refundable in the event of withdrawl of the candidate for whatever reason it may be.
- Dates for distribution of registration form, entrance test, declaration of result, admission etc. are displayed on the Notice Board. No application for any change of date for admission will be entertained.
Note
- At the time of admission, every student must produce a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended and a copy of Aadhar Unless the T.C. is produced, admission granted will be treated as provisional.
- admission of a student is renewed every year depending upon his/her over all performance, work and behavior. If a student is not considered to have fared well or earns adverse reports, about his/her work or behavior from the teachers, his/her name be removed from, the scholar’s without any notice.
Evaluation and Promotion
Through out the academic year, besides the terminal exam, class tests and internal
assessment are taken and they are of paramount importance for students as regards
promotion to the next class.
The promotion to the next class is based on cumulative assessment for the year, taking into account all the boosters and terminal examinations, oral tests, project, class-work, home work and extra-curricular activities. The passing marks is 40%
SCHOOL TIMING
1st April to 31st October(Summer) 7:55 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
1st November to 31st March.(Winter) 8:55 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Note Student will not be allowed to enter the school campus after the sheduled time.

and meet the class teacher at the time of school dispersal on any working day
